This year, Feb 19 is the Lantern Festival. The traditional food for this festival is a glutinous rice ball typically filled with sweet red bean paste, sesame paste, or peanut butter and round in shape. It is called "Yuanxiao" and "Tangyuan" in northern and southern China respectively.
From “Farm-to-table”, we grow some of the best organic food in our resort. Not only do we ensure the food quality and freshness but we also reduce carbon emission by minimizing transportation of fruits and wastage (no plastic packaging), living up to our sustainability principle.
